SAM Allsop was on target as Bromsgrove Rovers earned a point in this British Gas Business Premier Division clash.

Alsop headed home Chris Duggan's right-wing cross on 62 minutes to cancel out Darren Griffiths' opener 10 minutes earlier.

Rovers came close to taking the lead after 35 minutes but Alsop's close-range effort was saved by keeper Ashley Morris and Matt Birley's shot was blocked on the line by Jamie Rewbury.

The visitors took the lead seven minutes into the second-half when Griffiths appeared to control the ball with his hand before firing home via the crossbar and Rovers' keeper Karl Lewis.

The Welshmen's lead lasted just 10 minutes before Alsop earned a share of the spoils.
