MANAGER Bren Kelly hailed the arrival of Greg Mills as a surefire signal of Bromsgrove Sporting's ambition.
Mills, a former professional who had a spell at Worcester City, was transfer listed by Stourbridge after boss Ian Long revealed "a difference of opinion about the role he should play".

That came after a prolific year for the Glassboys, netting 24 times in 48 appearances with the Rouslers quick to swoop, paying an undisclosed fee for his services.
I would like to say a thank you to everyone connected to @StourbridgeFC for making my time there so enjoyable, in particular the fans who have made me feel welcome since day one. But it’s the right time for me to leave. Wish you all that best

Kelly said: “I am over the moon to secure Millsy, his stats speak for themselves and I really believe he is a perfect fit for how we try to play football at Sporting.
“From speaking to him this week he is so keen to do well for the club and is so keen to be a part of us, which has impressed me.
“I would like to thank Mike Burke (chairman), Graham Scott (director of football) and the Sporting board for their support with this transfer.
“To tell them about a player I am interested in and for them to go and do the rest just shows the mutual trust we have in each other and that we share the same ambitions."
The transfer is subject to ratification with Sporting hoping to field Mills in Saturday's trip to Hitchin Town in Southern League Premier Division Central (3pm).
