WORCESTER City Women emulated their male counterparts by coming back from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw at Headless Cross.
Trailing 2-0 at the break, captain Vicky Andrews scored her first goal of the season on the hour and Debbie Band was on target 15 minutes from time to salvage a point and keep City second in West Midlands Division One South.
Paul Hennessey's side were only able to take 11 players to the fixture because of injuries and personnel being unavailable.
Skipper Andrews said: "We didn't have any subs so we knew it was going to be 90 minutes for everybody.
"Paul changed it around in the second-half and we did really well.
"We had to get something out of the game and I am proud of them."
City host second-bottom Rugby Town at Bilford Road on Sunday (2pm).
