BROMYARD Town threw away a lead to lose 4-2 at home to Dudley in the West Midlands League Premier Division.
Their pursuit of three much-needed points was given a boost when Craig Malins hit the net on 34 minutes after having an effort ruled offside.
But Dudley equalised 10 minutes into the second-half when a tame shot deceived keeper Nick Garth.
Bromyard went 2-1 down after another individual error gifted the visitors a free-kick which was easily converted.
A rash challenge in the area saw Dudley bury the resulting penalty.
The home team grabbed a lifeline with Jon Hayward tucking away a penalty in the 86th minute to make it 3-2.
With bottom-of-the-table Bromyard desperate to salvage something, they conceded again in the last minute.
