PEGASUS Juniors' five-match unbeaten run came to an end with a 4-1 defeat at North Leigh in the Hellenic League Premier Division.
The scores were level at half-time despite North Leigh taking the lead through Andrew Macabe's volley on 22 minutes.
Pegasus replied almost immediately with the best goal of the game.
Ben Price was sent clear and his cross was met by Chris Mortlock who headed into the top corner.
Mortlock, Price and Rob Laurie were denied a second goal by good goalkeeping and poor finishing.
Pegasus paid for the misses as Macabe, Chris Allen and Jamie Jackson netted for the hosts.
