ARCHDALES 73 left with a well-earned point from a 1-1 draw at Northfield Town in Midland Combination Division One.
The visitors started the game at a fast pace and in the sixth minute were awarded a penalty after a foul on Duncan Edwards.
Ashley Banner stepped up to send the keeper the wrong way from the spot. They continued to push but were unable to add to scoreline.
Dales keeper Matt Davies was forced into brilliant saves but Northfield grabbed a deserved leveller on 71 minutes.
A loose ball fell to Danny Denton whose quick turn and shot found the net.
Sub Sam Green missed a good chance late on for Dales.
