KIDDERMINSTER Harriers captain Stuart Whitehead is to be placed in the spotlight at a fans forum.
Skipper Whitehead, 30, has been selected to join chairman Barry Norgrove and boss Mark Yates at the event next month.
The trio will field questions from supporters at Aggb-orough on Friday, August 3, the day before Harriers' final pre-season friendly at Hinc-kley United.
Manager Yates, who made former Walsall goalkeeper Dean Coleman his fourth signing of the summer yesterday, said: "It was thought we should get a representative from the playing side invovled and I think the captain is perfect for that.
"Hopefully it'll be a good night and the fans will support it."
Tickets for the forum, for which questions must be emailled to the club in advance via helen.macdonald@harriers.co.uk, cost £10 which includes a chicken and chips supper.
Harriers kick-off their Blue Square Premier campaign with a home match against Aldershot Town on Saturday, August 11.
