WINGER Micah Evans has followed Lee Hughes out of the Worcester City exit after all the cash-strapped club's players were made available for transfer.
The 23-year-old from Manchester was restricted to eight City appearances by injury after signing from AFC Telford United in October.
Evans has joined National League North basement boys Altrincham on a free transfer but will have to wait for his debut after their game at Darlington today was postponed.
He counts Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, Southport and Stockport County among his former clubs along with past loan spells at Worcester and Hereford United but has failed to settle at one club.
Top scorer Hughes has already departed for Telford and more players are set to leave City after the board announced they need to cut the playing budget with cash drying up at the nomadic club.
Evans' departure came on the eve of Worcester's league visit to Harrogate Town today (3pm).
