STUDENTS and instructors from Hereford and Worcester PKA Kickboxing clubs competed in the national championships at Burton-on-Trent.
The county team scooped six medals with three men crowned national champions.
Alex Pimlow earned bronze in the low grade sport kickboxing and was the low grade semi-contact national victor.
Seamus Bradford, instructor for Tenbury, became forms national champion.
The final winner of the day was Glenn Parry, instructor for Leominster, who was high grade under 82kg sport kickboxing national champion.
Other medal winners included David Millichap, second in the over 95kg sport kickboxing, and instructor James Still, who was runner-up in the full-contact kickboxing.
"The day was a great success," said chief instructor Steve Newby. "Hopefully this will inspire more people to take up kickboxing."
