WORCESTERSHIRE kept up their challenge for the English Pool Assocation region five title with victory against Oxfordshire.
The men's A' team led from start to finish to defeat their opponents 24-20 at Riley's and closed the gap on leaders Northamptonshire.
The top two meet in the next round of matches at Riley's in August.
Elsewhere, the men's B' team, who are bottom of the table, lost 24-20, while the women were edged out 23-21.
