TOMORROW'S meeting at Worcester has been abandoned due to waterlogging.
Officials at the track had been anxiously watching the rising level of the River Severn following heavy rain but the banks have burst this morning.
Clerk of the course Fergus Cameron said: "We have abandoned. The river went about 5.30 this morning and the level is still rising.
"It broke its banks around the two-furlong marker and we do have some surface water on the track."
