Chris Genever top-scored after being run out for 92 and featured in a 49-run opening stand with David Robinson (39).
Lance Ohren added 26 and veteran Derek Obrey 18no, while John Shaw took 3-34 and Tony Spybey 2-17.
Philanthropists struggled with only Paul Lockett (24) and Shaw (19) making double figures in their 116 all out off 39 overs.
Kempsey's Brian Salisbury claimed 5-27 from nine overs.
