LLOYDS British has taken an equity share in Evesham racer Simon Andrews' team Jentin Racing.
The team will complete the remainder of the 2007 British Superbike season as JentinRacing/Lloyds British.
The team had already decided not to compete at Mondello Park or Knockhill, electing instead to start testing of the 07R1 Yamahas.
It is their intention to be at the official BSB Croft test and rejoin the series at Oulton Park from July 13 until 15.
"We believe that all the components are now in place to become one of the great teams in the British Superbike Series," said Ian White, chairman of Lloyds British.
"We certainly have the right rider in Simon Andrews which, together with the team's existing and well-proven infra-structure, means we have an excellent starting point."
