THE Echelon Cycles Team won bronze at the National 50-mile Time Trial Championships in Bedfordshire.
Rob Wood, following on from his ninth place in the national 25-mile championship, headed the Pershore team.
Wood took a fine sixth place with a personal best time of one hour 46 minutes 47 seconds.
He was backed by team-mates Paul Dring, 20th in 1:48.46, Dave Dickerson, 39th in 1:50.13, and Gavin Poupart, 41st in 1:51.13.
The three achieved personal best times over the distance.
The 150-man event was won by defending champion Michael Hutchinson in 1:42.22 with De Rosa RT taking the team honours.
