TRIUMPH: Worcester and Hereford Ladies’ Golf Association president Sylvia Laws presents the annual County Centenary Cup to Ombersley’s players
OMBERSLEY Golf Club ladies beat 60 players from 20 clubs to take the prestigious County Centenary Cup.
Held at Kidderminster by Worcester and Hereford Ladies’ County Golf Association, the annual event attracted some of the best in three handicap sections.
The win was particularly exciting for 36-handicapper Val Chapman, who only took up the sport in January.
