HOSTS Old Elizabethans Swifts won the Worcestershire Under 11s Lady Taverners’ cricket crown at the Memorial Ground.
The Worcester club beat Belbroughton, Droitwich, Ombersley/Droitwich Barbarians and Old Elizabethan Swallows while only losing to Astwood Bank.
With Bank matching Swifts’ 4-1 win-loss record, the title was decided on aggregate scores 268-260.
The Lady Taverners competition was OEs’ second title of the summer having previously won the Worcestershire Cricket Board final at Droitwich.
The squad are also the reigning Worcestershire under 11s indoor league champions.
