KIDDERMINSTER moved into fourth place in the Birmingham and District Cricket League Premier Division after a four-wicket win over neighbours Ombersley.
The villagers were limited to 193-7 in 55 overs and fell away after Nick Hammond (64) and Liam Gwynne (41) had given them a great start with Herefordshire skipper Matt Pardoe taking 5-47.
Pardoe, who has missed a good part of the season so far due to school duties, made up for lost time by hitting 77 to set Kidderminster on their way to a comfortable victory.
