WORCESTER Rugby Club's Under 12s have proved they are the best team in the country.
The A' team ended the year undefeated and winners of the North Midlands Cup and Kieran Bracken Trophy as well as the Hinckley and Worcester tournaments.
But they capped the campaign off by being crowned England's best side after claiming the Gullivers Cup at Twickenham.
They played as one of the preliminary matches to the England Saxons and Scotland B' fixture.
To qualify, they played six matches at the Nottingham tournament, winning five and drawing one.
The all-round strength of the side was highlighted when they scored 19 tries between 11 players They qualified for Twickenham as one of the best four teams in the country for the second year running.
A draw against Newbury in the semi was enough to earn a final place where they met old adversaries Sandal.
With six draws against them in the last three years, the outcome was different this time.
A second-half try from Bradley Pogson after a set penalty move ensured victory for Worcester.
The under 12s A' team, backed by AG Shakespeare Ltd, have gone six years without losing a match.
They have not even conceded a score in the last two seasons.
