Worcestershire Boys won the Midland qualifier to reach the England Boys county final. They posted the winning score against nine other counties at Oswestry.
It was a close result, decided on countback, with Tom War-brick's 72 being the discarded sixth score, which gave Wor-cestershire a magnificent win.
It is a great result for county junior organiser Brian Peplow and the new team of junior organisers and coaches.
The England final takes place at Royal Cromer, from September 3-5.
