KIDDERMINSTER Victoria progressed to round three of the Cockspur National Knock-out Cup following a six-wicket victory over Herefordshire side Kington.
Andrew Siwicki was the match-winner with an unbeaten knock of 105.
Kington batted first and reached 173-7 in 45 overs with the bowlers sharing the wickets between them.
Victoria Skipper Jonathan Wright took 2-34 and there were also contributions from Mark Mansell (2-35), Marc Derrick (1-12), Ted Baylis (1-22), and Matt Brace (1-29).
Siwicki and James Taylor opened the Kidderminster batting with the latter out for six.
Josh Knappett was caught for three but Craig Wood and Siwicki were getting on top of the bowling when Wood was stumped for 25.
Wright had scored 12 when he was caught but the arrival of Mansell soon had the score creeping up. He played a good supporting innings to Siwicki and was 21 not out at the end.
Siwicki batted sensibly and was worthy of his century. He hit 15 fours and one six.
KVCC's next opponents in the competition are not known but the game will be away from home.
