MARK Yates has been handed a four-match touchline ban and fined £350 by the Football Association.
The Kidderminster Harriers manager received the punishment at a hearing in Birmingham and will serve the ban from Saturday, August 11, the first day of the new Conference season.
Yates had admitted a charge of violent conduct following a clash with Exeter City player Lee Elam on February 17 after Harriers had lost 2-0 at Aggborough.
An FA spokesman suggested a backlog of disciplinary hearings had contributed to the three-month delay between incident and decision.
