WORCESTER Lawn Tennis Club Men's A' team aces won every match on their way to the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Winter League Division One title.
They took 22 out of 24 rubbers and picked up a victory over ex-world top 500 player Colin Bennett on the way.
The league consists of 18 divisions so Worcester finished top of a high pile of clubs.
Jon Bradshaw and Nick Aylett, the club's head coaches who play for the county, are two of the team's mainstays.
County player Allen Benbow, Mike Crooks - who has not long returned from the USA on a tennis scholarship - and Kevin Grainger are the other Worcester stars.
They are now targeting the Summer League Division Two title and, as a result, getting back into the higher ranks.
Worcester will also attempt to win the area group of the Men's National Club League as they continue to move in the right direction.
The Northwick Close club had all seven hard courts repainted and now boast seven floodlit courts.
They have an open day on Sunday where special offers will be available on membership on the day.
Anyone interested can contact the club on 01905-451092.
