KIDDERMINSTER Harriers manager Mark Yates is due to appear before the Football Association tomorrow just three days after his team's Wembley FA Trophy defeat.
The Aggborough club were beaten 3-2 by Stevenage in front of 53,262 fans on Saturday.
But Yates must now answer a charge of misconduct following a clash with Exeter City's Lee Elam after Harriers were beaten 2-0 in a Conference match at Aggborough on Feb-ruary 17.
If found guilty, the 37-year-old could face a lengthy ban at the start of next season.
