OMBERSLEY were beaten by six wickets at home to Whitchurch in Birmingham League Division Three.
Batting first, the village side were bowled out for 184 after 53.2 overs as former Worcestershire all-rounder Duncan Catterall top-scored with 60.
Catterall was well-supported by Simon Mason who chipped in with 34, while Marcus D'Oliveira (22) and Nick Dale-Lace (22 not out) also contributed.
Ali (3-52) and Khan (3-69) did most of the damage for the Shropshire-based side.
Catterall, Dale-Lace, Mason and Matt Rawnsley picked up a wicket each in Whitchurch's reply, but Suliman's unbeaten 97 was good enough to lead his side to victory.
However, Ombersley look like losing three points for failing to report their result to the league.
Meanwhile, Bromsgrove picked up a good six-wicket triumph over Shrewsbury in Division One. It was the Boars first win of the season and handed them 20 points.
The Shropshire team batted first but could only score 126 as Nick Husbands ripped through their batting line up to take 5-42 from 13.5 overs.
Shrewsbury's O'Connell (4-48) took all four Bromsgrove wickets to fall, but Omar Ali's innings of 51 led the home side to victory.
