EVESHAM WMC retained the Evesham Mechanical Services Subsidiary Cup in a six-goal thriller with Cidermill.
Both sides found it hard to adapt to the windy conditions and chances were few until Matt Layton gave the Workies the lead shortly before the interval.
Layton doubled the lead when he ran onto a through-ball. With 10 minutes left, Bullock reduced the arrears and Richard Tyrer struck to take the game into extra-time.
Ryan Scott then put Cidermill ahead for the first time before Matt Iorns levelled the match.
The tie was decided on penalty kicks with Workies 'keeper Richard Layton saving two Cidermill kicks.
Bretforton Old Boys secured runners-up spot in Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League Division One with a 2-1 victory at champions Ambassador.
Veteran Darren Lynes scored for the home side with Paul Jones once again on target for the Old Boys.
Red Horse finished the campaign with a 2-1 win at Broadway United, thanks to goals from Twine and Harris.
In Division Two, Mickleton Rangers hit six past Bredon with Robinson scoring a hat-trick.
Tewkesbury Town won 2-1 at Badsey Rec with goals from Goodwin and Sollis.
Eckington won 3-2 at Division Three champions Crowle but missed out on the runners-up spot on goal difference to Cidermill. Andrews, Hughes and Bostock scored for Eckington with Hatchett and Gwillam replying for Crowle.
