KIDDERMINSTER Victoria suffered a six-wicket home defeat at the hands of Moseley in their opening Premier Division match.
Having posted 226-8 off 50 overs, Moseley got home in 47.1 overs.
The visitors' cause was helped by four wickets from Callum Macleod and 106 from Voughn Van Jaarsveld.
Moseley's decision to put Kidderminster in paid off as the hosts lost skipper Jonathan Wright for four.
Macleod then trapped Craig Wood lbw for a duck and wicket-keeper Josh Knappett also went without scoring.
With Victoria struggling on 25-3, opener Mark Mansell and Andy Siwicki took the score to 88 before Mansell went lbw to Van Jaarsveld.
When Siwicki went for 59, the hosts had reached 161-5, and they ended on 226-8.
Van Jaarsveld scored freely as Moseley reached their target with eight overs left, despite losing Parker for seven.
Meanwhile, Evesham lost by 112 runs at Dorridge in Division Two after being set 302.
The Seconds beat Whitchurch by one wicket after making 141-9 in reply to Whitchurch's 137.
