SPINNER James Underwood took 6-50 as Old Vigornians secured a winning draw against Kidderminster Vict-oria at Winterfold School in Crusader Worcestershire Div-ision Three.
After losing the toss, Old Vigornians amassed 267-7 from their 50 overs.
Skipper Arti Fiaz narrowly missed out on a century, falling for 97.
Nick Major, making a welcome but rare appearance, made 56.
Rob Fardon chipped in with a useful 34 not out and Rich Hallet scored 25.
The OVs just failed to bowl the Kidderminster side out despite a mammoth spell from spinners Dan Harris and Underwood, the pair bowling in tandem for 32 overs.
Harris finished with figures of 1-43 from his 16 overs but Underwood took 6-50 from his 16 as Kidderminster Victoria closed on 208-8.
The Seconds collected maximum points from the reverse match at Kings Hawford with a 142-run victory.
Dave Mendham won the toss and chose to take advantage of the excellent batting conditions.
Adam Howard batted brilliantly for his maiden century for the club as he shared in an opening stand of 212 with Tim Whitehouse before both fell in quick succession for 108 and 59 respectively.
Andrew Judd (19) and Paul Judge (48) added 59 for the third wicket and Jeff Owen and Richard Wilkes saw the OVs to 312-5 off 45 overs.
Kidderminster raced to 91-2 from 13 overs in reply but Mendham made an important bowling change.
After a dreadful opening spell by Phil Mackie, in which two overs went for 20 runs, Mendham brought him back from the pavilion end.
Mackie finished with 5-40 and Mendham picked up 4-37 as Kidderminster collapsed to 169 all out.
Whitehouse and Judge both took good catches.
Avoncroft thrashed Cutnall Green by 253 runs in Division Three.
David James top-scored with 77 to help the hosts post 283-7 but captain Paul Athey bowled a match-winning spell of 7-11 to skittle Green for just 30 runs.
In Division Four South, Tenbury were forced to settle for a winning draw against Canon Frome despite making 300-8.
