OMBERSLEY ousted higher-ranked Sutton Coldfield in their first National Clubs Knockout clash.
In a 45-over game, the village side beat their Birmingham League Division One visitors - who play two levels above Ombersley - by 19 runs.
Three 15-year-olds helped the hosts to victory, especially Sean White with two wickets and impressive wicketkeeper Dan Hagger.
Ombersley posted 186 with opener Phil Burden scoring 36 and ex-Worcestershire player Duncan Catterall adding a quick 49.
Danny Collins held the tail together with 24 runs to take them upwards from 143-8.
Adam Jones took 4-42 for Sutton who conceded 22 extras, including 10 wides.
On the traditionally good Ombersley wicket, the youthful hosts knew they needed to bowl and field well to stay in the hunt.
Catterall got them off to a fine start with a wicket in the first over, while captain Neil Slade bowled nine overs of off-spin for only 21 runs.
At 55-2, with opener Steve Irvine (73) going well, the game looked evenly poised.
But the home fielders found their form and took seven smart catches to turn the game.
Only Paul Greetham (40) stayed with Irvine for any length of time but he was dismissed on Catterall's return.
The all-rounder finished a good day with 4-21, while Nick Dale-Lace, White and Joey Robinson claimed two wickets each.
