ALL the talking finally stops on Saturday and it is time for us to deliver!

It has been a long, difficult season for everybody connected to the club but none of that really matters now.

All that counts is what we do against Saracens at Sixways on Saturday afternoon.

There is no point in any of us dwelling on what has gone on beforehand.

We have had the perfect preparation for this match and just need to concentrate on making sure we implement what we have practiced for the last two weeks.

We have been meticulous in our approach to this game. We know what we are going to do and we have as good an idea as we possibly can about what Saracens are going to do. It is just down to how we perform on the day.

I can't deny there will be a few nerves flying around the place but that is a natural human reaction to wanting to succeed. I think we just have to accept that - and a few nerves are not necessarily a bad thing.

We have been in this situation on numerous occasions and come through it. We just have to make sure we deal with the pressure of the situation and prepare ourselves mentally.

All the players seem to be very positive and looking forward to the occasion. It's a cup final for us and you want to be involved in games like this as a professional player.

The only danger is that when you want something so much, you overcook things a little. There will certainly be no shortage of motivation and we just need to make sure we do all the things we have planned in the build-up.

There is no question Saracens are an excellent side but they are beatable as we showed when we played them at Vicarage Road.

We have been looking at the ways we can beat them and while it is going to take a really big effort, there is every opportunity for us to pull it off.

One of those players whose leadership will be important to us is prop Tony Windo and it was great news he signed a new contract with the club last week. It means he will be with us until the end of next season at least.

Reg's influence on the field is only equalled by his importance off it. He is a fantastic club man, the life and soul of the party and has got a fantastic sense of humour.

He leads the side well and all the players love him. People often ask me how he is able to go on so long and it is difficult to put your finger on it but, lets face it, it's not as if he had any pace to lose!

It is testament to the hunger and the desire he possesses that he is able to carry on as long as he has and long may it continue.
