KIDDERMINSTER Harriers manager Mark Yates will not face being banned for the FA Trophy final.
Yates has been summoned to appear before a Football Association disciplinary panel at an undisclosed location on Tuesday, May 15, three days after Harriers' Wembley date with Stevenage Borough.
The 37-year-old was charged with misconduct following an altercation with Exeter City's Lee Elam after the two sides met at Aggborough on February 17.
A decision is expected to be taken on May 15 and Yates could be slapped with a touchline ban if found guilty.
Any such ban is likely to be enforced at the start of next season.
