WESTFIELDS 'keeper Rory Hollingshead let in a real howler as Westfields were beaten 2-1 at allpay.park by visiting Barwell.
The Hereford side did well to battle back to 1-1 in the Midland Alliance fixture.
Then the Westfields 'keeper let a harmless free-kick from Martin Fox slip through his hands and into the net in the 70th minute.
Westfields started well with Mark Davis and Mark Hibbard both going close.
But the Leicestershire visitors took the lead in the 22nd minute through Kevin Charley.
Westfields hit back and Davis struck the bar with a shot before Chris Jefferson missed the rebound and Tom Sparey headed over the bar.
After the interval, Westfields drew level with the best home goal of the season.
Davis raced from the halfway line, beating four players before hammering home a low shot.
They worked hard for a further opening to take the lead but Daniel Moon gave away a needless free-kick 25 yards out and Fox beat Hollingshead.
Meanwhile, Westfields end their 40th anniversary season with the visit of Aston Villa Old Stars to allpay.park on Sunday, May 6 (2.30pm).
Villa will parade several of their European Cup winning squad to raise funds for the liver unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
