JONNY Harkness was sent off 25 minutes from the end as Kidderminster Harriers drew 0-0 with Aldershot Town in the Conference tonight.
The Harriers left-back saw red for two bookable offences in a typical end-of-season clash at Aggborough which provided little excitement.
Mark Yates' mid-table side have scored just 19 goals in 22 home league games which has cost them a shot at the play-offs.
They had the only shot on target in the first-half when 'keeper Nikki Bull collected Harkness' free-kick at the second attempt.
After the defender's dismissal, Aldershot's John Grant had an effort disallowed for offside after Harriers' Scott Bevan made a great double save.
Harriers: Bevan; Wilson, Creighton, Whitehead, Harkness; Smikle, Sedgemore, Russell, Brady (Hurren 71); Hay (Constable 63), Reynolds (Christie 63). Subs not used: Taylor, McGrath.
Attendance: 1,215.
Meanwhile, Hereford United retained the Herefordshire FA Senior Floodlit Cup by beating Ledbury Town 3-0 in the final.
Marcus Palmer, Stuart Fleetwood and Sam Gwynne scored for the Bulls last night.
Relegation-threatened Stourport Swifts lost 3-0 at Stourbridge in Southern League Division One Midlands.
