WORCESTER-based duo Scott Francis and Mark Tomes dominated proceedings at the first Worcestershire Grasstrack Club meeting of the season.
Saturday's Three Pears Flyer, which was held at Offerton Lane, Hindlip, saw the pair team up for the third time and they took on experienced crews from across the country.
Francis and Tomes were slow away from the start in each of their races but with skill and determination came through to end the day undefeated and claim the overall first place.
After the event, Francis said he was pleased to lay to rest the bad luck he has previously experienced at the venue.
