AFTER achieving much league success over the years, Ambassador finally reached their first Evesham Sunday League Knockout Cup final with a hard-earned win at Second Ddivision champions Moreton Town.
Reeves, Cox and Dyer scored for Ambassador with Mills and Neale netting for Town.
Honeybourne Gate Inn reached the Bluck Cup final with victory over Golden Cross. Stone (2) and Rowberry scored their goals.
Honeybourne are also in the last four of the Evesham Mechanical Services Subsidiary Cup where their opponents will be Cidermill who defeated Badsey Rec in the quarter-finals with goals from Bullock and Cox.
Tesco United clinched promotion from Division Four with victory over George & Dragon. Tesco's goals came from Kennedy (2), Griffiths and Hughes.
Their nearest rivals Bengeworth Sports slipped to a home defeat to Lenches Lions. Ambassador Sports led through a Lavelle goal before Dawe levelled for Royal Oak.
Having announced their decision to disband at the end of the season, Willersey reached the Evesham Hospital Junior Cup final with a win over Red Horse. Their opponents in the final will be Bretforton Old Boys who defeated Perrywood.
In the Minor Cup, Pinvin and Tewkesbury progressed with wins over Broadway and Crowle respectively.
