WORCESTER lock Richard Blaze will quit Sixways in the summer after agreeing a move to Leicester Tigers.
The 21-year-old will sign for the Welford Road club, who have beaten off competition from Bath and Harlequins.
"It is a blow for us to lose a player who is home grown and has come up through our ranks," said Worcester director of rugby Brain.
"It is always disappointing when you lose a player who you would like to keep but the decision is based on rugby reasons and I can understand it."
