WORCESTERSHIRE'S England international Moeen Ali starred for his country in their World Twenty20 Super 10 opener against New Zealand in Bangladesh today.
The 26-year-old was soon called into the action batting at number three after England lost an early wicket.
Moeen shared in a fine 72-run stand with opener Michael Lumb, scoring 36 from 23 balls with six fours and one six.
He displayed fine timing with the bat and sharp running between the wickets before being caught on the boundary attempting a six.
