WORCESTER Sixth Form Colleges have clinched West Midlands honours in various sports.
They also won the right to represent the region in the British Colleges National Finals at Loughborough University next April.
Jamie Mills was crowned boys' table tennis singles champion, while Gulfraz Hussain and Raza Hussain were doubles runners-up.
The boys' hockey team won the regional competition and their rugby 10s won pool A' to make the regional finals at Bridgnorth early next month.
Tom Killigrew managed to clinch a cross-country runners-up spot.
The girls were not to be left out as their basketball team finished regional runners-up.
Sophie Hayden and Megan Pryce qualified for the West Midlands girls' cross-country team.
In the national competitions, the football, basketball, netball, boys' hockey team and girls' hockey side are through to round three.
The girls' cross-country team won the West Mercia Cross-country League for the fourth year running. Hayden was individual champion and Pryce third overall.
