HEREFORD United manager Martin Foyle was an angry man after his side crashed 4-1 in the televised Skrill Premier clash at Salisbury City last night.
He claimed that some of his squad had let him down.
“There are players who need to take a good look at themselves because some of them are not doing their jobs,” said the Bulls boss. “They have let me down.
“They just fell asleep from a corner and, after the first goal goes in, it gets nervy because of the position that we are in.
“The second goal was just a little ball in, it’s spun off and in the back of the net, 2-0.
“I give credit to the players in the second-half, we came out, we had a little bit more fight but were still not putting enough balls in the box from good areas.
“A couple of good corners have gone in and the little lad, Rob Sinclair, has headed it out from six yards with no pressure on him.
“We look a big side but certainly at times we look frail and weak and we’re conceding poor goals.”
Foyle added: “I can understand the supporters’ frustration because there’s no one more frustrated than me and Andy Porter at the moment.
“I’ve brought in what I can with what money I’ve been given and at the moment it’s not good enough.”
The win means Salisbury climb into fourth place, while United are now only three points off the relegation zone in 19th spot.
