WORCESTER City manager Carl Heeley says Lincoln City’s thrashing at the hands of Kidderminster Harriers won’t come into the equation for tomorrow’s FA Cup fourth qualifying round clash.

The sides meet at Aggborough (3pm) aiming to book a place in Sunday’s draw for the first round proper, which will be shown live on ITV at 1.35pm.

It will be the second time in a week that Lincoln have visited Worcestershire after they were beaten 4-1 by City’s landlords Harriers in the Skrill Premier last Saturday.

However, Heeley reckons the Imps are more dangerous than the result suggested and is wary of their threat.

He said: “If you look at the game last week, Kidderminster scored some great goals but Lincoln could have had a couple before that.

“The scoreline last week will have no bearing this weekend.”

The Worcester boss added: “We have spoken to Steve Burr and Gary Whild (Harriers’ manager and assistant) but we did our own preparation as well and had somebody watching the game.

“We are as prepared as we can be.”
