UCHE Oduoza will make his first start of the season for Worcester in Saturday's European Challenge Cup Pool Five clash at Albi.
The 20-year-old wing was loaned out to National League Moseley in order to gain first-team experience but director of rugby John Brain thinks he is ready to be unleashed against the French.
"It's a good opportunity for Uche," said Brain.
"I think Moseley have been very happy with him. I think it is an experience for any player, playing in France against a Top 14 side.
"The crowd is very partisan, the atmosphere can be quite hostile and you have to withstand quite a bit of pressure."
Warriors will not be short of pace in their line-up with Marcel Garvey recalled on the other flank after returning from England Sevens duty in Dubai and South Africa.
Prop Tony Windo also makes his first start of the season, while captain Pat Sanderson returns at blind-side flanker, which allows Will Bowley to move from the back to the second row.
"It's the position he has played most of his rugby at but he is athletic enough and quick enough to play in the back row," said Brain, who was impressed with Bowley's contribution in the game between the two sides at Sixways last weekend.
"We are just making sure everyone gets some adequate game time before this hectic Christmas period. There are one or one or two players in that team we would prefer not to play. Kai Horstmann is an example. We would prefer not to have him starting - he deserves a rest."
With Gavin Quinnell and James Collins injured and Craig Gillies unwell, Brain's hand has been forced. Drew Hickey is on his way back after a rib injury and is named on the bench.
Warriors: Best; Garvey, Avramovic, Lombard, Oduoza; Drahm, R Powell; Windo; Lutui, Taumoepeau, Bowley, Collier, Sanderson, Harding, Horstmann. Replacements: Gotting, Horsman, Hickey, Murphy, Runciman, Brown, Trueman.
