HERE are Worcester Warriors’ band of Argentinean brothers together at Sixways for the first time.
Hooker Agustin Creevy, lock Mariano Galarza and back-row Leo Senatore have now arrived following the Pumas’ involvement in the Rugby Championship, while compatriot Ignacio Mieres has been with Warriors all season Although Creevy, Galarza and Senatore are likely to miss most of November to play for their country in the Autumn internationals, they will be important players for Worcester as the season goes on.
Creevy said: “I’m delighted to finally be here as I’ve been waiting for months to join up with the team.
“I am excited to get out there and play my first match for Warriors. I hope we can add something to the team and start to win games.”
Galarza added: “I came here with the Pumas in 2011, so I knew the place before I joined. I think we can bring a lot to the team and I want us to get us as high as we can in the league.
“I really enjoyed my match in France (against Oyonnax), but now I’m looking forward to playing my first match at Sixways.”
