ANDY Short appears to have played his last game for Warriors after agreeing to join Bristol on loan for the rest of the season.

The former England under 20s centre-cum-wing, who will join the Memorial Stadium outfit on a permanent two-year deal next season, has now joined them on a temporary basis for the remainder of this rerm in a bid to bolster their Championship play-off hopes.

The 21-year-old, a 2011 Six Nations Grand Slam winner with the under 20s, will bolster Bristol head coach Liam Middleton's backline options, with Bryan Rennie and Mike Tagicakibau still sidelined.

Short, who has also represented England and under 18 and 19 level, has made 11 appearances for Worcester so far this season, scoring seven tries.
