ELLIS Deeney suffered a suspected broken ankle as Worcester City lost for the fifth game in a row, 1-0 at Vauxhall Motors.
The left-back was carried off following a first-half collision with Steven Wainwright and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
It blighted what was a scrappy encounter at Rivacre Park, eventually decided by Karl Clair's deflected shot 10 minutes into the second-half.
Both sides struggled to create opportunities with City rarely troubling home keeper Zac Jones.
Worcester have also now failed to score in their last three Blue Square Bet North matches following the 5-0 defeat at Halifax and 1-0 home reverse against Guiseley.
