A TEENAGE pest has returned to court after admitted breaching his criminal behaviour order (CBO).
Billy Biddle, of Oakley Close, Worcester, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The court heard Biddle engaged in threatening and abusive behaviour towards members of the public, breaching the 18-year-old's CBO.
Biddle has been sentenced to a community order to run until September 2, 2023.
The order includes a monitored alcohol abstinence requirement and 60 rehabilitation days.
Biddle was also told to pay £135 costs.
We reported a year ago Biddle, then 17, was given the CBO after being 'aggressive' and 'intimidating' to customers at McDonald's in Foregate Street.
The case was heard at the court on Thursday, (July 6).
