A 30-YEAR-old man has denied an offence of failing to provide information to the police.
Steven Smith is accused of failing to give information relating to the identity of the driver of a Mercedes Sprinter alleged to be guilty of an offence.
The prosecution says the offence took place in Worcester on July 15 last year.
Smith, of Eachway, Rubery, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, (May 5).
Smith made a stationary declaration before the charge was put to him by the court clerk, with Smith pleading not guilty.
The defendant was told by chairman of the bench Simon Egerton to return to the court on the afternoon of July 12 for his trial.
