The business previously had two different locations in Worcester, including a restaurant on New Street and Be The Change Bake A Difference on Corn Market.
Initially, in September the restaurant said it would be closing for two weeks with no specific reason given.
A post on its Facebook page only said that "things have been very tough lately" and the closure was "through nobody's fault."
However, the building was later put on the market.
It was recently revealed that the building on New Street where the restaurant used to be had been bought.
A large sign above the restaurant was seen brandishing a sign saying sold subject to contracts at the end of October.
The building that housed Be The Change appeared for sale on RightMove last month for £325,000 'with vacant possession.
It is not known if the new owners have bought the building or what future plans are for the site.
The premises was advertised as an 'extremely attractive freehold Grade II listed building'.

The three-storey building was also described as having a cellar and a rear yard. The fixtures and fittings were also for sale at £40,000 plus VAT.
Be The Change first opened a cafe in Worcester's Cornmarket in 2018.
It proved so popular they then opened a second venue, a restaurant, on New Street in 2021.
However, the previous owners made the decision this year to combine both the cafe and restaurant at 15 New Street instead of keeping them as separate establishments.
Be the Change was the city's foremost vegan restaurant with only Little Bento Box in The Shambles Market Hall being the only other completely vegan restaurant left in the city.
