CUSTOMERS to a Wychbold store will be asked to judge a children’s Easter competition.
Hobbycraft Droitwich, based at Webbs garden centre, Wychbold, is kicking off the Easter season by asking visitors to judge a fun design competition they have run with pupils.
Schools in the area were challenged to create colourful easter bonnet in an attempt to win one of three Hobbycraft hamper prizes. The final entries have now been put on display alongside voting slips at the store with voting closing on March 22.
Other free easter events taking place at Hobbycraft over the school holidays will include a kids’ activity table, allowing families to have fun making everything from easter cards to decorations.
Hobbycraft Droitwich manager, Neil Handford, said: “It’s great that we can encourage local pupils to get making while also having fun with the bonnet competition. We have had some great entries so we’re looking forward to seeing who wins the hampers.”
