SIR – A couple of weeks ago I had to visit the doctor but on my way I got caught in a traffic jam. I phoned the surgery and was told I was the last patient the doctor would see that day.
He stayed on for the half-hour, which was very good of him, and this is my way to thank the doctor for his kind gesture and the staff at Thorneloe Lodge in Worcester. That’s the way the health service should be run.
