SIR - There has been much criticism of Worcestershire Royal Hospital since it opened. Over the last few weeks I have had clinic appointments and stays in Beech 1 and Beech 2 and I would like to say how impressed and grateful I am to all the staff. I was treated as a person not just "a number" and the care and attention given to me could not be faulted.
