SIR – I had the privilege of attending, as a volunteer helper, a beautiful Christmas concert on the night of Thursday, December 3, at Worcester Cathedral.
The event was in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and I would like to thank the organisers, Mark and Charles, for a magical evening.
Also, the wonderful guests for their readings: Henry Sandon, antiques expert; Winston Davis, former Glamorgan County Cricketer, and Adam Kent, manager of Worcester Tesco, which is supporting the MD Association this year. There was room for many more people to have joined us on this lovely occasion. Every empty seat was a lost opportunity for a magical experience.
Gaynor Amphlett,
Pershore.
